Yep exactly. A properly mapped vehicle with Dpf deleted and egr set to permanently closed will not smoke.
If they've been mapped poorly and over fuelling or have an injector issue yes they will smoke.
So the new rules state that dpf fitted vehicles must not emit any visual smoke.
