USB socket replacement
 

Hi
We've just acquired a V40 CC (13plate) and found that the usb socket in the centre console is damaged.
I presume that this is a replaceable module.
Does an one have a part(s) ref for this?
How complex a job is the replacement?

I've obtained that part no for the USB socket - 30775252.
I just need to figure out how to dismantle the centre console, as the part its clipped into seems reluctant to come off/out ...

the whole back of the console pulls off which makes it easy , not so easy pulling the back outer frame off though, some force needed , a plastic tool helps prise it without marking . !

Thanks for that. I had a bit of pull, then bottled out and got a local indy garage mech to do it for me ....a 10 minute job. :)

It was a while ago and I don't recall but I suspect it was through a dealer or maybe my local volvo indy.
