new 440 auto owner
 

Ive just got a 1 ownwe from new 1.7 440 auto with 55k on it for the princely sum of £300! long story shory my t4 van needs a bottom end rebuild so needed a cheap car ive had vw for 20 years but i really like this, its got rusty rear archs and a hole in the sill where the plastic skirt attaches but nothinf a little bit of welding wont fix, then theres the dash lights hahahahahahahah
other than that it seem ok, im getting a haynes as ill do a cam belt change(if its not too much of a nightmare?) and full service too
Oh and it seems theres only 2 left on the road
