2014 D4 R Design bad reverse judder and start up thud
 

Evening folks Im new to this Forum.
Hope everyone is well in these odd times.
I type tonight because I bought a 2014 D4 R Design last week and I love it,
Sent home to self isolate from camp (services) so bought it. Maybe done 20 miles since I got it home. I went to get some essentials for my dad who can’t drive this morning and on my return I went to reverse in and in reverse its started juddering quite badly every time I reverse it now judders badly and sometimes I can get it to vibrate on idle . Noticeable thud on start up as well
Its under warranty but getting anything done soon is going to be a mission. But If lf can identify it it may mean it gets rectified sooner
