XC70 - DIY Replace clock spring
 

My XC70 2004 D5 has an 'anti skid service required' alert on the dash.I also had a brief air bag warning recently after stalling the car.
I read it is likely the steering angle clock spring.
Can this part be replaced DIY without having to take the car to the garage for steering angle calibration?
