Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
I am on a visit down south of England whilst over drinks last evening the volvo 343 came up in conversation , not by the owner but by an aquaintace. i was curios to see if i could help anyone to keep our hertiage alive. i will keep my eye on the one on ebay as a price guide

So it's not that eBay one then? So there are two 343 with less than 5k miles on them for sale at the same time, madness!

There is not a lot of love for varios tbh. The one I have I paid £200 for in good shape. It had been on ebay and failed to sell for £150!

That one on ebay should be worth a lot but I doubt it will sell for the £1000 starting price

[QUOTE=SteveP]Hi there,

You mention an 82 343 that may be for sale? Do you have any details on it as I could be interested - I had a yellow 82 343 which I really miss (it cost me ***** in 2006!)

I presume it's not the one on eBay as thats a rarer Mk1 79 model, merely a coincidence they have the same mileage?!
I knew of its whereabouts it is in the Poole area Dorset i will try to get more information. It may take a little time. As i am now In Yorkshire. unable to pm but will get back on forum when i have more information.It is not on ebay at all , It is owned by an elderely gentleman that as no access to the internet.
