Try these people.

Why expensive Kevlar when Mintex M1148 will do the job?

Good luck.

I called today Porterfield in the USA and they told me that the Kevlar compound was only for mechanical brakes (i.e. 1929 Ford A). I recently saw a show with Ed China where he changed the brakes in a PV544 for Kevlar compound with a brake coefficent of 4 with results similar to front disk brakes, Porterfield suggested to use their R4, however you need to send the shoes for them for re lining. Not a viable proposition for me!
Send a message to Ed China earlier today, if and when I get an answer will report back

I've run Porterfield R4 pads and R4-1 pads on the front discs of my MGA vintage racer.

Can't comment on use of either compound in drum brake applications. Not sure either is suitable for street use. I believe that you need a sense of (and to consider) the heat range to which the brakes will be exposed. Coming down the mountain will be different than normal driving on the plain.
