Swan neck hitch
 

Can anyone please help. I purchased a 2007 XC70 with a towbar only to find that the detachable neck is missing. The make of the towbar is Witter and I have the red handle lock lever but no neck. I'd much appreciate it if anyone had any idea as to how to acquire a neck without having to purchase the whole unit.
