Vovlo blowing cold air
 

Hi I bought a 65 plate v40 6months ago d3 model .
I was going to work other night it was freezing so i put climate control on full to heat up car and it was blowing out cold air .
As with today every1 being on lockdown i cannot go to a garage to try to get this sorted .
Any1 got suggestions plz as to what is causing this and a easy fix as i know very little about cars .
Tried turning it off and on again checked coolant lvl coolant is topped up could it be a fuse or something .
Some 1 help plz as I need it for work night shifts atm .
