'64 P1800s
 

Hi all.
I have decided to sell the 1800 so I'm posting it here first as it is the right thing to do, if there is no real interest I'll chuck it on eBay .
This car has been off the road since 1976 and has stored nicely
The only MOT ticket it came with shows that in 1975 it had a milage of 14635 and it now shows 17299 that ran out in Nov 76 so no longer valid lol.
There is no v5c but there is a buff logbook with the last entery in march 1976 which was the grandfather of the guy I bought it from. Dvla have no issue with this they just need a rubber stamp from someone who can verify the I'D.
It's a '64 in grey code 80 with red interior the engine is original to the car but has been out for some reason and needs finishing touches. It turnes by hand but iv not tryed to start it yet as it needs the fuel tank cleang out.
The body work has to be one of the best I've seen for a while being as it has not been welded as far as I can see. There is a couple of bits that need attention but nothing too serious.
The paintwork needs to be sorted it has been repainted but not very nice. The floors are in good solid shape apart for one bit that is about 1'' by 3'' next to the lh inner sill. It also needs to have all 4 outriggers replaced but I will supply the fronts which have volvo stickers. The roof has a webasto sun shine.
The real down side is that the grill and chrome is missing as well as the side trims and front 'n' rear screen trims. Stolen for the brass I believe. And rh gutter trim.
also fitted with overdrive iv also sorted out the missing key for the boot and fuel flap
Now let's talk about the money.
Where else will you find a car with such low milage?
Where will the next Un molested car turn up?
