Volvo UK MD fires off in Autocar
 

In Autocar this week there is a robust letter from Jon Wakefield, MD Volvo UK. I've not seen the complaint which precipitated his letter, but he seems to have come out guns blazing, as they say.

Good for him. Somebody has had their arse handed to them!

A letter in the issue dated 20 June saying he had approached a "West London" dealer and was waiting on a response.
