But if the new XC60 would have been available, the choice could have been in favor of it.

I don’t know how people can afford brand new cars as private buyers, genuinely?

Brill looking car by the way!

Thanks.
By using my VOC members discount backed up by a DTD discount email any private buyer should be able to achieve a min of 12% discount which with good negotiating skills could end up towards 15%.

Did you have to talk them hard into dropping you from 20 to 19 inch? I'm thinking of trying the same. Did you explore it at handover time or was it all agreed before you put your money down?

A great looking car Simon; congratulations and enjoy your car. The exterior styling kit definitely adds that extra style to the exterior.

That’s a good looking car! Electric silver was my second favorite- I went for Osmium gray in the end- but every time an Electric silver goes by- I have doubts.. :)

Good choice of wheel size too- I think 19s are a perfect match for XC60.. they are well proportioned to rest of the car yet leave enough rubber to soak up the road imperfections.

I totally agree with your above comment on wheel sizes as I have just purchased a heavy SUV that IMHO looks draft running around on thin black bands, if I had wanted a car with black rubber bands I would have purchased a S60 or a V60 rather than a XC60...........or a Chelsea AWD tractor.........!!!

My XC90 is Electric Silver - it really stands out when parked alongside other silver cars.

It was verbally agreed at the time of placing the order that the dealer would do their best to arrange a swap with another suitable donor car.
