XC60 ‘14 alarm module software update
 

I have just recently changed my alarm module on my 2014 XC60, this was due to a warning on dashboard “alarm malfunction service required” and the alarm going off all the time (without sound). The repair has been successful however the warning is still on dashboard.

I have contacted Volvo who have told me it will be £100-£150 to update the software. Is their another way to reset the message on dashboard
