Bicester Heritage - Sunday Scramble/Drive it Day

I bought my ticket last week. Eager to go for several months now as their Sunday Scrambles are the best I hear, set in the old RAF Bicester airfield.

If you Google Bicester Heritage they've won several awards for their events and what they offer... Volvo stand anyone? I'll be taking the 240 Turbo.

It's literally up the road from me and it's always interesting to see the mix of vehicles driving to and from the event.

Definitely up for this, will be taking my 76' 244 daily driver along :D

That's definitely two accounted for, is that you Robin? I reckon we'll get a few more, fingers crossed.

There will be a large Morgan contingent.
But not mine, I'll be in Hill Control at Prescott hill climb...

Thanks Graham. Certainly worth a visit, the pre-war architecture on the airfield itself is a reason in itself to go, let alone the cars.

I just posted this up lol (hadn't refreshed the page) after seeing your link on SwedeSportUK. Looks good I would try and get along calendar permitting.

I'd recommend checking out their Facebook page for Bicester Heritage as it's worth a look, I know Martin took the BoostBus once (I think) it ruffled some feathers. Give me a shout if you're going as a few of us from the South can convoy up the A34.

Look forward to seeing you Rick, with sufficient interest I'll see if I can get a Volvo stand there rather than having us all separated.
