Hi Kev,
Thanks for the info. Most useful. Hope you are well and your Volvos are running good. I have never had any luck with Volvos being broken on Ebay as sellers never reply to my parts request. Suppose have not got them, so don't reply. Need to fit sunroof motor see if it cures the not closing. Get AC re gassed next summer as leaked out at clamp. Got some better used AC pipes to replace mine but really need a better AC condenser clamp. Apart from that plan to tidy my 940 up soon and freshen up the outside appearance. Found wing Mirrors, bumper trim which will be painted and have your rear lights and grey foot well carpet to finally fit! Off on holiday to IOW for a week. Going in my Lexus, as 940 is my work horse/ van. James. |

Sunroof Switch 940
My sunroof switch was becoming intermittent in recent times. Especially closing. I took it out, and took the switch apart, over a towel on the kitchen table. Pitted electrical contacts. So a little work with a small file to polish the burnt areas, then a blast of Servisol contact cleaner/ lubricant and re assemble.
