Volvo Oncall not showing trip history
 

Did a 400 mile trip yesterday and went to the app when I arrived to check the details. There was no trip showing on the main screen and when I go to the journal it just hangs on "Loading". It seems the app has updated and I'm wondering if there is an issue with the update.

Funnily enough, the app is showing my 26 mile trip home last night as having used less than 0.1 gallons with the car having done an infinite mpg. Also, the app is showing the car’s overall mpg as much too low and a much reduced range, compared to what is showing in the car.

I too suspect the update has mucked something up.

I've noticed a few oddities with the journal over the last few days. This morning, it won't even display any data.

I was sat in the car when I arrived to check the time of arrival on the app and I saw that it hadn't recorded the trip...so whilst still in the car, I locked and then unlocked the car and it came up straight away...seems it is only when you get out of the vehicle and lock it, does it write to the VoC servers.

That is exactly what I am getting. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it hasn't made any difference.

I drove to Manchester on Sunday (55 miles each way). The trip there showed my fuel usage as less than 0.1 gallon and no electric usage. The trip back looks to be accurate.

The tally for electricity usage that Volvo will repay in year 1 has gone too

There seems to be an issue with driving journal. That section is completely missing from my Android VoC app.

Solved it! I had the same issue with the continuous loading message, tried reinstalling etc... didn't do it. Then I pressed the map button (between Home and Car logos), it then asked me for permission for location. Once I granted permission the Driving Journal updated itself.
