Any advice out there on whether I’ll have low revs issues if I go for a light fly wheel with a setup like this? I have what can only be described as a lumpy cam, don’t actually know if it’s a k cam or not but tick over is fairly lumpy!

ND;

In general, I wouldn't expect a lightened Flywheel to make too much of a difference in the idle lumpiness as the revs are way down...they are typically installed in full racecars to allow a faster rev change/go easier on the synchros.

My 144S 1970 has 10:1 compression, a K cam and a lightened flywheel. No problems at low revs. Tickover isn't excessively lumpy either.
I run it on a single SU HIF usually, but don't expect that using a twin set up would make any difference.

Lighter flywheel also helps build RPM a little quicker.

The issue you can have is that the engine can stall if you dont use enough throttle as you release the clutch. If you dont go silly light its not much of an issue

I go along with all the above comments.
Just be aware as you move off the use a little more throttle and gentle with the clutch.
Possibly on travelling up steep hills if using low revs can tend to have slight chugging sensation; just needs more revs or lower gear....
