I am after a volvo 360 in reasonably good nick, few bits of rust no problem.. nothing major though.. preferably under the £500 mark.

I've seen one today on auto trader - £99 no MOT etc... I was wondering about getting it just for its suspension legs as thats all I need to pass my MOT... but I cannot afford to transport it just for that :( and what would I do with it afterwards???

Hello Howie - I have a 1984 360 gls for sale at £250 with Tax until end of May & MOT until 10th Sept. The car has covered about 73000 miles & goes well. A little rust is starting to come through in odd places, but nothing terminal as far as I know. Interior is a blue velour with no tears, burns or stains & generally looks good. I`m the second non-smoking owner. I have had the car for about 6 years and each MOT has not thrown up any major faults. I have an F reg 360 GLT, which is in excellent nic, only rust is on the sunroof panel! Has Tax and MOT till Sept, has electric windows/central locking, Power Steering, rear spoiler..

Was thinking around the £600 mark

Hi! I was just about to post a message saying that I have a 1986 Volvo 360 that is desperately in need of a new owner! The body work is in very good condition, has an MOT until June. It has done around the 70000 miles and has been in the family since new. It had a new radiator and exhaust last year. It does need some tlc but unfortunately I do not have the skills necessary.
