Sensus screen protector?..
Anyone using one of these, or something similar?..
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_f...ector&_sacat=0 Just looking for something to minimize fingertip marks/streaks.. maybe the matte film one?.. The screen is coated with some bluish shiny stuff - it looks horrible most of the time.. kind of pointless wiping it as it gets messy as soon as you use it again.. |
I use one, I think the second on in the ebay link. I like it, it's on the display since the car
was delivered in june 2017 and still looks like new. It reduces fingerprints quite well and if there are any, they don't show much. |
Did you not get a screen protector screen screen cleaning cloth and leather cleaning wipes in the glove box with your car, I got them with mine, you still get finger marks on the screen but they easily wipes off with a dry cloth.I keep a micro fibre cloth in door pocket for this.

There was a microfibre cloth in the glovebox, but no screen protector.
Above all, I want to avoid scratches on the screen itself. |
I applied the BROTECT Matte Screen Protector on the 15 October 2016, and have found it to be an excellent product.
Make sure the Sensus screen is 100% clean and then start to fit the protector from the bottom, working up slowly by smoothing out with the likes of a credit card. When fully fitted, it will leave a very small gap, along the top for easy removal, should this ever be required. Highly recommended. tem. |

By the time the V90 & S90 appeared, I understand the glass on the Sensus screen had been changed, hence, only the cleaning cloth supplied. tem. |

Got to be worth a shot. |

Why do you need 4 screen protectors, when there are 2 in a pack? I still have a spare, as the first one fitted in October 2016, is as good as new. tem. |
