850 T5 questions
 

i must apologise for asking a question that must get asked all the time !

i have seen a 1995 -850 T5 auto estate 120,000 miles on the clock
its up for £1,250(in a dealer)i asked if he would take an offer to which he replied he would take £1,000
it not alot for a car i know,
on start up all seems fine and dandy but i have yet to test drive it
what should i look out for ?
what i know about volvo's you can put on the back of a postage stamp
what i do know is that everyone sayes vovlo's run for ever,but not all volvo's have these modern things called turbo's !!!

Any noises,rattles,bangs,heavy blue smoke,oil leaks,any signs of crash repair,abs lights staying on, engine management light,wear and tear on the interior,has it had any welding,are the tyres ok,how much mot,tax,mileage,service history,does the fan come on, do the heaters work,is the engine a dud.Just a few things to look out for:thumbs_up:

Volvos will run and run and keep going if looked after:thumbs_up:

ill have a better look tomorrow which will include a test drive
