XC90 D5 2007 driving me crazy / ECM-135F / limp mode
I need some input as my XC90 is driving me crazy at the moment.
I still get ECM-135F MAF Signal too high and the car is running like s..t, hardly accelerating at all. At around 1500 rpm the car is shaking but then reving a little bit higher. What happended: Due to my own fault the timing belt jumped (did not adjust the v-belt correctly...). This was corrected, compression tested OK. Timing is right. I still get the MAF Signal failure and checked/tried the following: - swirl flaps seem fine - MAF already changed and seems to work fine in VIDA, reading "correct" values - I found a little air leak in the turbo rail and replaced the rail without any changes at all - turbo system compression tested, everything seems fine - replaced MAP - I cleaned the EGR and checked the butterfly valve - DPF regenerated by VIDA - turbo control was also tested and is running fine Any ideas how to proceed now? I am completely lost.... |
I'm getting the same fault ECM 135F. Also driving me nuts. Keep getting limp mode.
Have cleaned the EGR, replaced my DPF, Put a new swirl flap motor on. I do also get a CCM 0040 air quality sensor fault, but I'm not too sure if that is related. Did you have any success solving the issue? Thanks, Richard |

the AQS is used purely for the climate control to trigger recirculating or outside air.... |
budhaXC90: did you managed to resolve the issue? Can you please explain what the resolution to your issue was?
