Send to car
 

Doesn't work anymore from Here WeGo or from the Android VOC app.
Have I missed something (service stopped) or it just me?

I used to be able to Send to Car from my iPad, but that stopped several months ago.
The last time that I sent a destination, I had to use my Windows desktop.
I hope that still works?

Works for me off the VOC app on the ipad or phone, I also note that its got all my old send to car addresses I had on the XC60 loaded into the V90 as well.

Used it Monday, it does put them in a folder a couple of swipes away though,

Just tried the Windows desktop and it still works.

Just tried the iPad and do not have any options to Send to Car.

I did that, from the Here WeGo site. I can send a destination, but it just doesn't arrive.

I have just sent a destination to car successfully via VOC on my Samsung Galaxy Tab.

So it must be me!
That leaves me to find out wat's wrong...

I too have used my Huwaei smart phone and my Samsung pad during the last few days. I am in France on holiday and it has worked perfectly. In fact since my last big map update the Nav has taken me to the exact place with no problems or mistakes and the best routes even in little villages in Brittany.

On my iPhone or iPad I can send destinations to the car from either the Volvo On Call app or from within Apple Maps. Would be nice if you could also send from the share button within the google maps app.

It is a good feature. Often I even send from my phone while sat in the car, as its quicker to find addresses on the phone than via Sensus. I find the address 'search' facility a little sluggish and the google search app (as with all apps) takes a bit of time to fire up and connect.
