C30 D4 clicking noise
 

Afternoon all,

Have recently taken delivery of a 2011 C30 D4 manual,


Firstly... wow.. I've had a few D5s in the past but this 2.0 5 pot is a whole different animal...

The only issue I have come across is when running there is a slight clicking noise, its most audible from around the drivers side wheel arch, sounds like its coming from somewhere in the engine bay but when I stick my head around the engine bay I can't hear it,

It is not constant but more of a few clicks at a time every few seconds with no real pattern,

I appreciate this is fairly vague but just wanted to see if anybody had encountered something that sounds similar or familiar,
