Screen won't turn on

Hi

Have just got a 54 plate Xc90. The sat nav pops up but the screen won't come on, just stays blank.
Any ideas please.

Check the connectors are secure on the DVD reader, probably worth reseating them.
It's in the boot on V70, not sure if in same place on XC90, I'm sure someone will advise.

Nav DVD drive is under the front left seat
