They are registered businesses which provides first aid and medical assistance at events across they country
They usually employ individuals from a medical background, Doctor’s, nurses ambulance personnel and anyone suitably trained Without the service large public events could not take place This was predominantly covered by Red Cross, St Andrew’s Ambulance and St Johns Ambulance Vehicles are usually only used to transport employees and supplys Casualties can only be transported in suitable vehicles with relevant insurance, usually left to local Ambulance service Red Cross and St. John’s Ambulance provide frontline Ambulances around the world I used to be a Red Cross volunteer providing this service at local events |

Always thought "Private Ambulances" transported dead people from wherever they died to the funeral directors/morgue?
