Coolant leak/hard start after fill up

I just bought a 1998 Volvo s70 I recently experienced a coolant leak and my car runs cold or a tad hot. Is this an easy fix or should I be concerned? Also when I fill up the car doesn’t start without giving it a little gas. What’s up with this?
