Volvo 340 with 940 engine conversion

Hi I’m helping a friend out to finish his 340 with a 940 2.3t engine conversion I have a problem I need help.
The injectors fire all at the same time is this correct ?
I swapped the ecu out with another working ecu and it’s the same.
