V70 and C30 Wheels

I have a 1998 V70 and have seen a set of C30 alloy wheels with great tyres for sale near me.

The tyre size and wheel size are very similar, does anyone know if they will fit on the V70 without any negative effect.

check the bore size and ofset of each type of wheel.
