XC90 Transmission fluid change

Would anyone recommend changing the transmission fluid in my 2008 XC90 2.4TD (Current mileage) 82k) As I regularly tow a 1700 kg trailer.
My local Volvo dealer says as its not a serviceable item they will not do it but my local Volvo specialist is only too happy to do it and says he has changed the fluid in his XC90 as he also tows a caravan.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.

YES change it!

According to Volvo it should be changed (at around 50k I think) if you do taxi work or regularly tow. Therefore as you regularly tow a trailer your dealer is wrong and your local Volvo specialist is right. But even if you don't tow it should still be changed on a regular basis.
