440 Rear Bumper Damage
 

I've just discovered that someone or something has gone into the back of my car with a very pointed end. It has severly dented but not penetrated the plastic bumper, in fact, quite weird. I guess the plastic material, whatever the proper name for it is, has been stretched but is there anything I can do to try and rectify this? I can't believe how and when this has happened and I'm b****y furious, especially if I can't fix this.
