Hi guy's
I've just replaced the fuel pin in my bosch diesel injection pump with an uprated item from ebay, noticeable difference in power so I thought I would place a recommendation for the item here, to help the seller and any diesel owners looking for performance upgrades.( not me selling )

They certainly do make a performance increase, but you need to watch those EGT's have you raised the boost to compensate for the boost? Have you raised thethe preload on the LDA spring to compensate for the change in ramp angle ? Was this a single angle fuel pin ? Do you know if it was hardened ?

Hi, yes boost pressure has been increased with ball and spring mbc, now running 18psi, ive been playing with the pump settings to try and reduce smoke and keep good power, still working on it!
your's is nice! I'm trying to build mine on a zero budget!

re fitting , very easy, have a look at D24T.com for lots of info and ideas!

but basically take top off injection pump ( 4 screws ) carefully remove diaphram, use a 10mm spanner of top nut and another to lock pin , and undo, refit in reverse!
