loss of power under load
 

Hi sorry i dont know where to start this thread but if in wrong place please move,
ive a 2007 v70 2.4 t5 expolice 198,000 miles, had for about a year no real problems but its just started , drives normal but at about 4000 revs the engine stutters for about 2 seconds then drives ok above this rev range , same thing in each gear, ive ordered new plugs any thoughts please ?

Hi mate I have a 2.3 2001 had the same problem, it was a few leaky vacuum pipes and a dodgey ignyion pack, I changed all 5 packs costing £300 including new sparks. Got some silicone house and away it went again

OVERBOOST?

check that nobody as fiddled with the wastegate arm / fitted a turbo bleed valve or such like + the condition on the 4 vacuum hoses.

and check the vvti solenoids arent leaking oil / change the gasket if needed
