Large animal detection

Have to say that it works really well.

Went round a bend on the A9 last night and there was a deer standing staring at me in the middle of the road.

Lots of red flashing lights and beeps as I stood on the brakes.

Car and deer were both fine.

Good to know!

My v90CC doesn’t seem to recognise the sheep and cattle at all. have been meaning to get some cardboard boxes out on the driveway and experiment!

I tried to check it out on my previous car with a couple of friends holding up a white dust sheet. I couldn't get it to work. I did have it activate once although I couldn't understand why. Full antilock braking, flashing lights, seat belts tightening etc. As I was in full control of the car and obviously avoided whatever it 'sensed' it soon cancelled and I carried on somewhat surprised but mightily reassured.
