Tailgate
 

Having just returned fro a road trip to Spain, I have noticed my electric tailgate opens normally, then drops back about 4 or 5 inches. It closes normally too. I am sure I read somewhere that the arms wear, the car being a 2013MY (registered in Nov 2012) I wondered if anyone else has had to replace the arms and what the sort of dreaded cost they are?
