FREE to collect, almost brand new steel wheel and tyre
 

My father has moved on from his 2006 S40. The car came with a mickey mouse spare wheel and so was traded in with that. But being a caravanner, Dad always makes sure to have a full-size spare. For that car he bought a steel 16" rim brand new from Volvo and shod it with a new tyre of a reasonable make.

It's the usual 5x108mm PCD, 52.5mm offset, 16" x 6.5J that will fit any C30, S40 or V50. It will physically fit a C70 as well although the standard offset is 45mm for that model. If you wanted to try it, that would be up to you.

The tyre on it is a Barum Bravuris 2, size 205/55 rated 91V. The wheel has only ever been on the car on one occasion for about 20 miles, while eliminating which of the car's normal alloy wheels was making a roadwheel-related noise. It's 5 or more years old but has always been stored away from the sunlight, and absolutely no perishing is evident on the tyre.

The wheel as pictured is now available COMPLETELY FREE to anyone who can use it, as long as they come and collect it from me. PM me or post a reply to arrange pickup in either Leighton Buzzard (LU7) or Chesham (HP5).
