new owner of a 61 PV544

Hello, I have recently bought a 61 PV 544, with a B16b engine. I'm looking for any links to parts, manuals, ect. I'm currently have an issue with ign timing, and would appreciate any info on that. The book I have says it should be 21 deg. I have static timed it at that point but can't get it to run. Thanks.
