Thought I should put up a 'proper' thread rather than just mentioning it in another.

Alas, I'm reselling PBL 866L after a brief ownership as my circumstances have changed - it's now sitting outsite in need of a better home.

£7450 or offers invited.

Some details:

- Very solid. Underseal in great shape.
- A few small very light patches of surface rust, some dents in chrome trim pieces.
- Interior great and I think entirely original.
- Boot carpet is a bit worn, a couple of small tears in front seats.
- Restored, original, period roof-rack made in Sweden.
- Full inspection by local classic-friendly mechanic in August.
- Bushes good all round (mostly poly). N/S steering idler bush done recently.
- 4x Vredestein Sprint Classic 165x15 radial tyres.
- New suspension springs all round.
- New front dampers.
- New thermostat.
- Propshaft centre bearing assembly replaced.
- Complete new exhaust.
- Has gearbox conversion with overdrive unit.
- Oil cooler and Kenlowe auxillary fan fit.
- New alternator conversion Sept 2019 (to integrated regulator).
- High spec LED headlight conversion (warm white from classiccarleds.co.uk).
- LED side and brake lights.
- New brake pads all round.
- The normal new & spare sets of plugs, leads, points, condenser, belt, etc.
- Full size spare wheel with good radial tyre.
- Synchos all behave well.
- Towbar fit, I haven't tried the electronics recently though.
- Slight overdrive whine at 60mph, fades away above 65mph.
- Engine mounts a little soft - poly replacements ready to fit but too hard for my tastes.

Parts with it.

- Original jack and tools.
- Alternative alloy grilles, older and newer type. Worth ~£300 alone.
- Spare carb - cleaned & vapour blasted with rebuild kit. Matching Stromberg 175 CD2SE.
- Period pop-up rear-facing seats with seat belts that go in the boot. Converts to 7 seats, but a novelty rather than something you want to use.
- Dog/luggage grille, perfect fit but unknown heritage.
- Complete spare dashboard - older type.
- Spare windscreen washer pump from donor.
