XC90 first edition or inscription?

need some advice I have around £43k to spend on an XC90 I've been looking at inscription pro's and trying to find a car with b&w, which is proving to be difficult as you all will know. seems a very rare option. I don't want a car with more than 25k miles as I will do the mileage and don't want a high miles car on my hands when I come to sell.

anyways last night came across a first edition car with 19k miles on it for £39k, should I consider a 2015 car over a 2017 car? has there been any major changes? any advice would be most gratefully received. I live in zone 3 in London so future emissions etc is something I have to keep an eye on. would a 2015 d5 be compliant?
