D5 swirl flap repair kit
 

Hi. I need one of the swirl flap repair kits that includes the flexible 3mm drill and the new linkage assembly as the ball on my swirl flap arm has worn. I stuck a new arm on a couple of weeks ago and it's already fallen off.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these kits in the UK? I can only find them on US eBay now, and they want round 80 quid for them.

Failing that, does anyone know where I could get a suitable linkage and the type of ball fitting used in the kit?

volvo do the pin and clip for a few £ but you need to drill your own small 2.5mm hole to suit the pin .

Thanks. Any source of balljoints rather than a crude pin?
