Hi My s40 2010 1.6d will not go over 3000 revs and the engine management
light has came on, the diagnostic says DPF filter clogged but I have no dpf warning light on. Does anyone know if the dpf needs replacing ?.

I believe there are some engines on which the dpf should be changed on/after a certain mileage-others will know better which engines and what mileage.Other than that you could try removing your present dpf and washing it out[a filthy job I understand]and then refitting it.
