S60 MY12 - rear door lock motor
 

My 2011 S60 has started to have a problem where I can't open one of the rear doors from the outside. I can hear the door mechanism failing when I try to open all the doors - the failing door makes a different sound when it tries to open.

So - the question I have is: How do I get to the door motor module?
I've managed to remove the door card from the door, and pretty much managed to remove the inner cover too - however, it is attached to the window lift mechanism and I can't figure out any way to remove it without breaking it... Some extensive Googling (and searching this forum) didn't reveal an answer either..

If anybody has managed to do this successfuly I would be really grateful for some hints.
