V40 CD not loading

My 2013 V40 CD player will no longer load a CD, it ejected perfectly the other day. Does anybody know how to resolve the problem? It is a single CD player

Solved by replacing the CD drive part of the radio module. I bought a used one from eBay and took the drive out and replaced mine with it assuming the radio would need to be coded to car.
