120 Amazon Meet, Sywell, Sunday 18th September

Hi Everyone

Get the dust sheets off and get down to Sywell on the 18th, last year we had 18 Amazons, Target for this year is 50, no pressure there then.

2016 is the 60th year of the launch of the Amazon so please get there if you can.

Sywell is a great venue with lots to do. We park up next to the new Spitfire hanger and there may be Spitfires up on the Sunday. Amazons and Spitfires what more could you want.

Bring you spares, bring your cash (to buy the spares) bring your passion.

I have been reliably informed that 'Mad Mark' will be in attendance who can answer any question on your poorly Amazon should you have one. Will Mark have washed his estate?

Hoping to be there Peter but unfortunately not with an Amazon (its very far off the road!).

Actually looking to buy a roadworthy 120 so hope to see something nice for sale and always looking out for spares so will see what turns up :thumbs_up:

I have 2 Amazons (65 121 and 1 67 123GT Ruddspeed) but can only drive one at a time...unless someone wants to drive the other one for me ;-)

I have been thinking of going to this show[as a general visitor-just not sure that it's worth the cost of a 220 approx. mile round trip + £22 admission charge would make it a worthwhile prospect-will have to wait and see.Hope you make your target[or get close to]of 120s on display!

Ah, wrong end of the country! Shame, would've happily "insured up" to drive one of your pride and joys to the meet.
