2 door rear side windows
 

Evening Chaps, not been around for a while but am starting to get on with a few Amazon related jobs, rusty gutters,boot floor, gearbox swap, all the usual stuff and i am trying to get the rear side opening windows out on my 2 door. The Haines doesn't give a lot of detail does it just push out like the windscreen.

Its a long time since i removed mine during the restoration. These windows will not push out like a windscreen as they open on hinges. I seem to remember 1.Remove the catch mechanism to allow the window to open further 2. peeling back the rubber seal at the vertical end should reveal the hinges secured to the bodywork by 2 x screws per hinge. Ensure unit is held. The rubber can also now be removed with care should you wish.

You have to unscrew the windows from the inside, 4 screws behind the thin vertical panel that goes around the upper seatbelt mount and which also holds the seatbelt hook thing. Once you've done that and unscrewed the opening catch then they just come out. Rubber can then follow.
