So a had a wee sport with one tonight...was about 4 car length's in front when ma right foot had a spasm,2nd gear planked it and so did the Civic.
Over about half a mile a was'nt gaining and he was'nt catching,had a lane each on the Dual Carriageway too.....

No idea tbh mate, but I've pulled away slowly from a BMW 330CI that I was in front of and he was giving it the beans! Those BMWs have a 3L straight 6 @ 230hp so I would say a T4 would probably perform the same against a Type-R especially as they have 200hp and are N/A.
Turbo always wins against N/A IMO. As soon as it spools up you get the power with turbos. the BMW had to work right up the rev range to get his power.
Also, a good friend of mine owns a BMW 330CI and thought the T4 felt more 'aggressive' than his. I've also noticed in his car it's pretty sluggish upto around 4.5k+ revs, then the bulk of the power kicks in.
For the record my T4 is standard :)
