C40 towing - indicators
 

I have purchased a new C40 and tow with it, when doing so the indicators do not have any additional audio or visual awareness to remind me that I am towing when turning a corner. I thought all new cars in the UK had to by law?

If it has the genuine Volvo electrics then it checks all the lights as soon as you start and will also tell you if a bulb fails during your journey.

The warning you are talking about is to tell you that the trailer lights are working on more basic systems.

No visual or audible system on our XC90 either.
