Help with buying a vida dice
 

Hello guys

Im toying with the idea of getting a vida dice, i know there are alot of fakes out there, can anyone put me to what i should be looking for or a link or recommended seller.

Well worth the money for me for clearing the srs codes.

They're all fake unless they cost many hundreds of pounds, and even then could still be a fake. It's just a case of trying to find one that's a decent quality fake. :)

Forget the hype.
How many times will you need it?
Do you let kids play under your seats, or take them out to use at barbecues?
Seat related SRS disconnection is the most common reason for a dice request.

What the proponents of this miracle machine are not forthcoming with, is the difficulty
in setting up the software, in a virtual box (do you have an XP program) or dedicated pc
or laptop, do you have enough space, and the fact that sourcing a unit that works
whether you can get it to communicate with your car or not is a crap shoot.
Computer literate or not.

So that's the simple bit, finding a dice that works for a S40 1.9d 2004 is
really really really really really really really really really really really really
DIFFICULT.

And if you do find one that is purported to suit, and work, this information
is still only coin toss valid.

Oh yeah, and the dice does Not work for all Volvos in all countries.

Anyone that tells you any different is ignorant of the facts

I'm sure there are a plethora of them out there hiding secretly in drawer
bottoms keeping quiet company with discarded mobile phones and other
much beloved.

Make some enquiries.

or they want you to learn their hardships for yourself.

Make sure you ask the specific question "Will it work with a 2004 S40 1.9D?", then at least you may have some comeback if not. Order from a UK source otherwise you'll have an expensive return postage bill.
