It's the standard fit item as found on some S40 and V50 Sport models of that era... the one Volvo fitted instead if the horrendous chrome effort they put on the base model

Hello sir, yes as long as it's the sort of 04 to late 07 model then it's a direct replacement and some clips in... makes a huge difference to the front of the car as the chrome ones are not that nice (in my opinion!) Have sent you a private message too.

I also think the chrome grill looks naff and was considering spray painting it black but your grill could be just the ticket.
