Front bumper replacement

Hi, I'm looking for information on my 2003 1.8 v40 sport/lux bumper. I was involved in a light front end collision about a month ago, the other car ran into the passenger side half of my front bumper breaking the plastic bumper. At the time I thought the damage was quite light and would be little more than replacing the plastic bumper.
The insurance nominated repairer came back with a £3000 quote to repair ord so the car was a cat D write off. I went over to the garage and viewed the car with the plastic bumper removed, the reinforcement bar was also dented and bent. I thought fine I can replace the bar and bumper with parts from a breakers so went ahead and bought the salvage from the insurers.
I collected the car from the garage yesterday and found they had disposed of the bumper/spoilers/fog lights/number plate/side marker lights and all the brackets that attach the plastic bumper to the car. As I haven't got a manual and didn't take the bumper off I'm unsure of all the parts that are missing/ needed to reinstate the front of the car. Can anybody help me out with a complete list of parts I'll need to source and/or a drawing of the bumper assembly, thanks.
Also I've found the end 6" of the chassis leg has crumpled covering the two bolts needed to be released in order to remove the reinforcement bar, any idea as to how the remove this?

I replaced just the plastic bumper on my 1999 S40 but cant help with reinforcement part! To be honest, the plastic bit isnt hard to do, if you go to a scrappy and find a volvo of your model you shouldnt have too much trouble working out how to remove it as it is really just a handful of bolts and a few screws ( 2 screws each side of wheel arch and a load connecting to under-shield). When you are sure you have removed all thats relevant the bumper needs to be carefully pulled from the reinforcement bar as it has sort of location tabs that slot into the bar! The marker lights just pop out but just disconnect wires and leave them in! On my model, the fog lamps are bolted on behind the bumper and line up with it when attached. keep everything you removed to reinstall onto yours i:e all the bolts etc. If you buy the bumper new, you can still go to a scrappy for anything not supplied with it like the bolts and stuff and can also get bits via fleabay too! I would advise on a manual as there is always a correct way to do things even when they look easy, and as well as being a member of these forums for great advice, you can save yourself a lot of money!
