They don't routinely respond to emails anymore. I think the volume was proving overwhelming.

I have ordered some bits this week. Great prices and excellent service...but it was very hard work getting through. Victims of their own success?

They want to devote someone to answer the phone ffs.
i just go elsewhere now where they actually pick up the phone.

I sent an email on Tuesday morning asking about a for my car, he replied within an hour and I placed the order on Wednesday morning. FRF received it yesterday and sent it out the same day, so it landed with me this lunchtime.
Extremely happy with their service and prices.

That's a shame. It might well depend on what time of day you phone. I've always managed to get through first thing in the morning or late afternoon and they are always very helpful, which is why I get my spares from them rather than use alocal dealer.

I've used them a few times over the years and haven't previously had any problems getting through to them.

Always top service and price IMO.

Another shout out for FRF; I ordered a coil spring this week, and it arrived this morning. Absolutely first class service.
I had a little trouble getting through to them on the phone, but a little perseverance paid off and I got through on the third or fourth attempt.
It is several years since I last bought parts from them, but I will be certainly buying all my subsequent Volvo spares here.
